He has managed over $12 billion in volume, mentored rising professionals, and developed strong builder relationships across the country.
Damon is deeply involved in the homebuilding community, serving on multiple boards including the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte, NCHBA, and NAHB. He’s a passionate advocate for the industry, regularly engaging in legislative efforts and contributing financially to industry advancement. A former brick mason turned mortgage leader, Damon remains committed to empowering clients and teams alike. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skeet shooting, and time with his wife, sons, and dogs.

Toby Roberts brings over 30 years of experience in new construction finance and is one of the most respected professionals in the field. With 27 years at Wells Fargo managing the bank’s largest builder accounts nationally, Toby became the only person in residential finance to hold a Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation from the NAHB.
He later launched a successful joint venture at Cornerstone Home Lending with one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Toby continues to elevate builder partnerships with unmatched insight and dedication.
